I did modify this recipe, so I could try to use a gift of "Balsam Beer" that Bob Eachus of Thousand Oaks Winery in Patton, MO. gave me. We are very pleased with the salad and hope you will enjoy it too.
Try a Chilled (buttery is best) Missouri Chardonel with this fresh salad and forget how HOT it is outside! Cheers
1 cup chopped Fresh Basil 8oz ball of Fresh Mozzarella (cubed)
6 Roma Tomatoes (cubed) 1 T Balsam Beer
1/8 t Sea Salt and 1/8 t fresh ground pepper
Mix together and chill for 1/2 hour before serving.
